Make change from Fantasy to Horror?

I've been thinking about my latest project currently known as Angelic Life for NWN1 ... the story and feel of the mod I've come up with for now just doesn't feel right. I can't get myself to work on it.

Then yesterday it struck me. It's because I'm not doing a horror module. After all, that's what I'm doing best and what I love to do. So I'm thinking of abandoning the "Final Fantasy-theme" for my latest module and instead make a horror of it. Perhaps not a new Surviving Horror but at least do it like a "Fantasy-Horror hybrid".

I think that's for the best. And you players will probably enjoy it more as well since if I turn it into a horror, I'll most likely be able to put my whole heart into it instead of just doing it because I have to.

And if you read this and would like to give me your opinion, feel free to let me know. :) That's all for now. Buh-bye.

NWN Podcast Interview Coming Up Soon!

Hello again everyone. On the evening of December 23rd (2007) I had the honor of being audio-interviewed regarding my Surviving Horror series for NWN.

I was interviewed by Michelle a.k.a. "Liso" (most of you recognize her as Liso66 on the nwvault) and it was really fun as well as a great experience. I've never actually had a full conversation in english with anyone outside Sweden before I talked to her, so it was great. :)

This show will be released in a few days on neverwinternightspodcast.com where Michelle works as one of the hosts. If you haven't checked this website out; then you really should! It's a great load of fun and a couple of module authors has been interviewed as well.

Just to name a few Zach Holbrook a.k.a. Maerduin (creator of NWN2 module "The Birthday" & "Harp & Chrysanthemum") & frenchman Fabien Cerutti (creator of The Bastard of Kosigan series for NWN1).

My interview is scheduled for episode 43. As I'm typing this, episode 42 is the latest show as of now.

Well, I have to go now. I need to try and wipe this darn flue of my face. :D At least, it's gotten a little better now so the good thing is that it's at least going in the right direction. Later everyone ...

SURVIVING HORROR 2 gains a NEW ROMANCE FOR FEMALE PC:S! Namely: FROGRIN!

I have just released a new version (v.2.2) of my best module (as well as Hall of Fame module) called Surviving Horror 2. This version expands the module and lets female PCs to ROMANCE FROGRIN, THE HALFLING WIZARD! :) I used most of my sunday getting this together, so I truly hope that you will enjoy it!

Earlier I only had Jina, the female paladin, romanceable but since a lot of people has seemed to want a romance for female PC:s, well, I want to make everyone happy so I decided to make one! :)

I have also tweaked so that Jina won't flirt with you if you are playing a female PC. Now, as a female PC, the ultimate relationship you can gain with Jina is sister! :) Isn't that great?

Well, that's about it. Now don't linger here anymore; go to NWVAULT and download the latest version of SURVIVING HORROR 2!

Voice-Acting for Angelic Life? You decide.

I've been thinking quite awhile if I should make voice acting for the characters in Angelic Life. One part of me thinks: "Perhaps it'll be better if the character's voices are left to the players imagination." and "Perhaps the voice-actors will ruin the characters..." but on the other hand the other part of me also thinks: "Voice acting ... that's so damn COOL!" and "And it would be awhole lot of fun if the voice actors are good."

Anyway, I thought it would be best to let YOU, the player, decide (or at least give me your opinion) in this matter. :) Leave a comment as usual and choose to post either 1, 2 or 3  to let me know what you think.

1:   Yes, absolutely!
2:   Yes, as long as the voice actors are good.
3:   No. That would ruin the characters.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN DOING VOICE ACTING FOR THE MODULE??

FEEL FREE TO LET ME KNOW IN THIS THREAD AND I'LL GLADLY LISTEN TO YOUR VOICE TO SEE IF IT WOULD FIT SOMEWHERE IN THE MODULE!

So ... vote! :)

First Areas of "Angelic Life" COMPLETED

I wrapped up the first two areas of Angelic Life a couple of days ago. It felt good to be back in the module making era but it also reminded me of that it takes a heck o' lot of time making areas the way I like to make them! :D But it feels good to be making progress anyway. :)

I still haven't completed the story-document for the module though. We'll have to see when that will be.

Oh- by the way, I finally finished Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 after a total playtime of 52 hours (yes, I decided to complete most sidequests including the different companion-backstories)! :D Some of you might roll your eyes and think "Hey, haven't you finished that one yet?!" And the answer is: now I have. ;)
